We provide installation, service and support for AVAYA. Our customised solutions can include Voicemail, Unified Communications, Contact Centre (IPOCC), Site to Site networking (SCN) remote workers, analogue, digital and IP handsets.

INSTALLATION

Our Australia-wide network of Qualified Technicians combined with our effective management system and quality service ensures that every install is completed in a professional and timely manner; no matter whether itís a simple two-handset install or a complicated 2000-handset project.

Each installation begins with a site inspection to determine existing infrastructure and ensure the site is ready for install. We then keep you informed of progress throughout the job and provide comprehensive training upon completion.

TRAINING

Training is an important part of installation. Practical training ensures clients have full use of their systemís capabilities. At the time of installation, our team are on-hand to provide comprehensive onsite training and user manuals for all staff. We can assist with any questions and arrange refresher training and support that may be required from time to time.

Comprehensive training is provided onsite to all staff during installation and at the time of completion. For larger projects, a follow up visit is scheduled to carry out further training and make any modifications that have been requested.

MAINTENANCE

Sometimes you just need that little bit of reassurance that if something happened you had a service professional on call to help at any time. Our maintenance service combines the same great service that Convergecom always offers, with a tailored response time.
